The hotel's amenities was really nice .

Our family had a distressing incident when someone entered our kids' room in the middle of the night, which left them terrified. Despite this being our fourth visit, the staff's response was disappointing. They offered us only free parking as compensation, which didn't address our concerns adequately. The lack of a proper follow-up from the management.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a fireplace, central heating and television. Great pool, parking on site.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection that fueled us for a day on the slopes.

The rooms need a refurb, and my bathroom was not up to par, with a poor shower experience.

Opt for a room facing away from the parking lot to ensure a quieter night's sleep.

Spent 3 nights here with my children, had a fabulous stay overall. The room I had was elegant and good with a balcony and the staff was good! The location turned out to be unbeatable, close to the Mexican restaurant and a shop down the road. Everything was simply brand-new.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the very nice buffet they served at breakfast-it was definitely a highlight. Try to ask for a room away from the street for a quieter experience.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a true delight with a huge selection, and the boot room with ski lockers was super handy. The sauna at the end of the day was like pure bliss.

The dining experience could use a tweak. The starters were sometimes scant, and the main dishes felt muddled with too many flavors. Plus, good luck finding parking if you roll in late, it's a real search party around Saalbach!
